"Making your life clean & simple"
Spotless & Sorted started in January of 2015, located in Kamloops, BC, as a one woman show and has grown to 25 employees! We believe that all people, regardless of their financial situation, should be able to have help if required. We offer a full range of cleaning and organizing services. Whether it be small/large organizing projects, regular maintenance cleaning, office maintenance cleaning, deep or move-in/out cleans, or cleaning up after water/fire damage and renovation/construction - we are happy to help where needed. We bring our own cleaning supplies and vacuum, and are insured, licensed and bonded. We pride ourselves on helping others by removing a little stress.
"I grew up knowing I wanted to help people in some way.
I worked as a full time paralegal for almost 20 years and one day I decided I wanted a change. So, after some thought and encouragement from my husband, I decided to take a leap of faith and offer my organizing and cleaning knowledge and skills to others.
After a few months and many referrals, my business started to take off and I hired my first employee to meet the increasing demand. Now, just over four years later, I have moved to my second larger office space, have 25 employees and many great clients. I have had so many wonderful opportunities for personal and professional growth while on this great adventure in business!
I am a wife, mom to an eight year old boy, treasurer of my strata, Trained Professional Organizer, member of the Professional Organizers of Canada, manage my growing business and do what I love - creating calm by organizing my client's homes one room at a time! "
ORGANIZING DEPARTMENT LEAD
"Before joining the Spotless & Sorted team, I was a stay at home mom to my two dynamic girls, a roller derby player and league builder, a coach, a member of a few different boards, a volunteer, a belly dancer, and before that a teacher.
I have really enjoyed using my skills and experience in a different field and have learned so much during my time with the company. I particularly love being a part of the joy, relief and renewed sense of possibility that comes when my clients' spaces are improved or even transformed and they can move forward in their lives. I also love the sense of community and belonging I feel with our awesome team and clients - I feel very grateful to be able to share my energy and ideas with them and help create effective systems and solve problems creatively."
MANAGER OF RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICES
"I am a hard-working, single mom and have been a proud member of the Spotless & Sorted team almost from the beginning! I have always enjoyed cleaning (I came from another company in Red Deer) and am always cleaning something-even on my days off. I love the feeling of accomplishment after everything is cleaned, tidied, smells good and I know I have helped someone.
As Manager of the Residential Cleaning Department, I get the opportunity to help the girls on our team by teaching new techniques which help gain a better understanding of client's homes and needs, and helping build them up to be better cleaners who still have fun.
I am also passionate about animals and music, and take every opportunity to get outdoors, go on adventures and experience life."
POST CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT LEAD
"What started out as a job to get by, has become a truly rewarding career for me. I started at Spotless & Sorted with no cleaning experience but with a drive to overcome any challenge thrown my way.
Born and raised in Kamloops, I feel a strong connection to the community and want to help in any way I can. For me, cleaning is really about helping clients with this sometimes stressful part of life so they can pursue their dreams and spend time with their loved ones (and it's also a little bit about the satisfaction of making a home spotless!).
I hope to continue to grow within the company, taking on the unusual and tough cleans with my wonderful team."
"I was raised in Kamloops where I have worked in the service industry in various positions at the managerial level. I am very happy to now be leading the commercial cleaning department for Spotless & Sorted where we like to think of our clients' offices like a second home. I really enjoy bringing a detailed and personal approach to cleaning the offices of our fine Kamloops businesses and training others to think of this type of work in the same way and develop the skills they need to succeed.
The attention to detail, commitment, care, patience, perseverance and focus needed in my job transfers well to my passion pursuits. From my participation in the cadets, I became interested in target sports and I now train and compete at the national level. I am fortunate to be representing myself and my community in this way (of course the winning is fun too!)."
